- Our expert buyers agents will search, recommend, inspect listings based on your tailored buying criteria.
- Once we find a property to purchase, we will conduct detailed due-diligence.
- We provide a physical property inspection of each proprty, a 10 minute video of the inspection outlining maintenance and features of the listing.
- Market appraisal and an out lined negotiation plan.
- The final step is the negotiation via private treaty or auction, until a property is purchased.
- Fixed-fee regardless of how many negotiations or auctions we attend.
Find me a rental package
$3300 inc. GST
- Our expert leasing managers will search, recommend, inspect listings based on your criteria.
- We provide walk-through videos of every property we inspect. You can also attend the inspection.
- Application optimisation to put your application ahead of the rest.
- Manage all communications with managing agents, includes negotiation on lease terms, rental value, review of the lease agreement.
- Assist with hand over, includes key pick up & condition reports.
- Fixed-fee until we lease a property.
